Magical Wooden Doors

As well, as mentioned on my Facebook page, all of my little magical wooden doors have now been completed. Just finished putting on the wee door knobs and the brass finishing nail for hanging decorations off of. My goal was to have 80 doors done but I ended up with only 78 completed. Thinking on it though, that's still a WHOLE lot of doors!! And I love the fact that they are all now branded with the company logo (Thank You Alyssa for the design). 

The Making of Faerie Doors

Over the weekend we were able to drop into Freund's Building Supply and they again this year allowed us to go and pick out wood pieces from their sawdust pile for more faerie doors. They used to run a sawmill out in their field and all of this wood has been left to weather and develop awesome characteristics over the years. I can't wait to start these.

 

The new direction of Enchanted Pathways

The story has been written and now it needs to be told.

This won't change the name of my company at all, it is mainly to allow more 'key' search words when 'Googling' to find me :)

My little workshop has now become The Enchanted Pathways Faerie Nursery.

This will encompass everything from the wee little seedpod faeries, to the petal faeries, wooden faerie doors and wooden trinket chests. It will also allow room for expansion, whether that includes porcelain faerie dolls, cloth faerie dolls, dragons and what not.

We here at the nursery are guardians of the wee folk that are waiting for adoption.
