the definition of monotonous is when it takes 3 hours to drive from one community to the next. now imagine this time period with no wifi or radio and on the sounds of the vehicle beneath you. now picture yourself when all you can see and feel is a black velvet curtain backdrop (even when the sun shines through the windows) that leaves you in a vacuum. well, not really just in a lonely vacuum.
with noise bombarding around 24/7 it pulls you into a blurred facade of what is now considered peacefulness so even when you think you are alone even though you never are. through what is now call the *iCloud, technology has reached out and taken away the mute button and replaced it with a continuous loop of sound. when you find yourself within the confines of a carriage (or whichever mode of transportation you find yourself in) and with headphones on there is still that inaudible muffled sound coming from an *iPod playing music or podcasts, or from the tv on the back of a headrest playing cartoons which is now considered the norm for silence. though truth be told that even this type of quietness creates a bond of togetherness. mind you this aloneness does let one finish knitting that baby bonnet or reading a chapter or two from that book left on the nightstand collecting dust.
in conclusion in today's society it takes a conscious effort to be enveloped in the quietness that when the air that you breathe creates a solemn stillness of tranquility.
A Faerie Nursery!!
Our nursery is certainly not your everyday garden by any means.
As if mingled with the seeds sprinkled in an ornamental garden...which have been dipped in hues
of a coloured rainbow...kissed with aroma of a midsummer's bouquet...bringing a breathtaking
and magical feel that can only be found in our enchanted nursery.
Welcome to the nursery..... www.faerienursery.com

Invisible Lines
it must either be a stab in the dark or possibly a well laid out plan that has gone awry when it comes to the creation of property division lines be it for countries, provinces, cities, townships and then let's not forget to include our own backyard.
even national parks and reserves seem to have no rhyme or reason as to how they are separated by roads and highways. i wonder if it comes down to the migration of wildlife or possibly the weather might have been taken into equation. for whatever the reason be though, even an odd one, is that these lines are travelled on day in and day out with no one being the wiser.
where the nursery is located we must pass through 10+ road signs informing us that 'you are now entering Wood Buffalo National Park' and then 'you are now leaving 'Wood Buffalo National Park'. strange as it seems though is when you can spot the next sign just down the road from where you are standing right now.
but don't get me wrong though as i do find the information essential to my travels, but at the same time you must admit though that it's quite comical to be entering and leaving (unless of course that there is a surcharge for the comings and goings) that many times when just driving on this one particular stretch of road but actually all i can think about are the people that have had to go out to erect all of those signs just so i can know where i am.

On frilly note paper..
This is the message that the nursery received from one of the Mistress Sanna's that found a forever home away from the cold cold ocean. We always love to have updated and shared notes and even photos too...
"Hello My sweet caretaker,
Thank you so much for helping me come into this world of 2014. I find these fancy letter writers very interesting!! Michelle types for me, But I picked out everything, I wanted your letter to be extra special.
Michelle says you would like to see my room, and know if I am happy. Yes, my sweet friend, I am very happy here. They let me stay up as late as I want. I have my own t.v. And I have made new animal friends that play with me and sleep with me, and we even go on adventures together!!
I have a tray to help keep my furniture in place. A wonderful magic pool that my fish friend takes me on rides in. Sometimes we dive deep in the pool! You should see duckies face! When we dive deep, sometimes we come up in other places too. Saturday, we ended up in France! They place special rocks and shells around my pool, so I can sit by the waters edge, and brush my hair out. I even have a seashell seat! They also gave me special bottle of grooming lotion. It helps me clean myself, and softens my fair. They called it 'essence of water dragon' And boy is it a big bottle!!! I think it may last me a lifetime! In my pictures, you can see my bed, it is a paua shell, lined with hand embroidered sheets and pillow, and beside me, a little table made from a flower, with a bell on it, that I rend if I need anything! And of course my TV! I never saw anything like it, but it is fun watching people do silly things on it. Thank you again for my new family. They pamper me, and make me feel special. As time goes on, we may go places together, and send you pictures if you like. That way you can see how things are going. Would you like that? I miss you my friend, and all the sweet babies in the nursery too. Before I left, they gave me a small sac of fairy dust so I could have something of them with me no matter where I go. Tell them that I sprinkled my whole room with it, so that every where I look I remember them, could you please? Oh goodness, I am going to get , what did Michelle call it? Homesick again if I am not careful! :) No matter how much I love them, I love you just as much. Be good to yourself! E-hugs!!!!
